Cargora’s operations ran on four disconnected tools — orders arrived by email, were re-keyed into a TMS, reconciled in spreadsheets, and confirmed by hand. At 900 orders a day, the team was drowning in copy-paste and the error rate climbed with volume.

We mapped every manual touchpoint and replaced it with a single intake agent that reads incoming orders, validates them against the catalog, and writes straight to the TMS — no human in the loop unless something looks wrong.

What changed

Within a quarter the ops team reclaimed roughly 1,100 hours and cut order errors by 94%. The same headcount now handles twice the volume, and exceptions surface in a review queue instead of slipping through.
